“London did a great job explaining terms and made the presentation interesting while also not holding back around the depths of our history and humanity”
- Local Dietitian after The Connection of it All
My goal is to meet you where you are, and support you and/or your team in building common understandings of history, honor and celebrate differences, and apply an intersectional framework to whatever you're doing.
Contextualizing your work will help prevent burn out, improve your interactions within community, connect you to your and the collective humanity, and deepen your understanding of social injustice.
My experience attending DEI trainings did nothing to teach the BIPOC, queer or disabled in the room, how to support themselves. It simply went over vocabulary, and had no mention of intersectionality.
My presentations and workshops create a space where people can ask questions, learn history that informs the present, apply that history to their work, and make people really think, instead of just listen.
Below are just some of the presentations I have already done. Let's talk about what you and your team need 1 on 1 !
